Utilización del metronidazol tópico en las úlceras por compresión

Resumen

Se realizó un estudio cuasi-experimental donde se seleccionaron 750 pacientes con úlceras por compresión hemodinámicamente estables, a los cuales se les aplicó tratamiento con metronidazol en polvo estéril en la lesión. Se demostró efectividad terapéutica del 99%.
