Keywords:

Introduction: Technologies facilitate data analysis and index calculations, such as those required by the IADOV technique for applying user criteria as a means of validating scientific results.
Objective: To propose the automation of the IADOV technique for validating the hospital visit-pass methodology.
Methods: A narrative research study was conducted at the "Arnaldo Milián Castro" Hospital in 2025. The theoretical methods used were historical-logical and analysis-synthesis, along with empirical methods such as content analysis and modeling. Information was obtained from various academic sources related to the research topic and data mining was performed using Excel.
Results: An automated Microsoft Excel file was designed with mathematical and conditional formulas to obtain individual and group user satisfaction indexes using the IADOV technique to validate the hospital visit-pass methodology and serve as a benchmark for applying digital technology. Conclusions: The automation of the individual and overall user satisfaction index was obtained from the results of the IADOV technique of the hospital visit pass methodology.
