Presentation of attachment recanalization with 5-fluorouracil tumors rectosigmoidoscopio and rigid

Rectosigmoid cancer does not usually cause symptoms until advanced stages, which conditions it is diagnosed late, sometimes with intestinal obstruction and metastasis. Surgical treatment is not always effective in these cases because of the risks involving the unfavorable state of the sick and the resectability of the tumor; it is a palliative derivative that involve complications accompanied by significant mortality. Thirteen years ago it began in the Gastroenterology Service of "Celestino Hernández Robau" Assistance Hospital the recanalizant treatment of tumors of the rectosigmoid with technique inyectotherapy with 5-fluorouracil for which a special device to be designed with the proper handling of nozzles counted as not to allow flexible rectosigmoidoscopio properly direct the nozzle to the site of the lesion.Downloads
