Psychological peculiarities in older adults with a diagnosis of neurosis

The term neurosis was proposed by the Scottish doctor William Cullen in 1769 in reference to sensory and motor disorders those caused by diseases of the nervous system. In clinical psychology, the term is used to refer to mental disorders that distort rational thought and functioning to appropriate social, family and work people. Among the basic features of the neurotic personality are the tendency to anxiety, insecurity, poor self-worth, distorted beliefs, inadequate scale of values, the impact on interpersonal relationships and pathological attitudes. In the next job addresses the issue with the author's experience which very simply and clearly reaches different conclusions.
