Lethal midline granuloma as differential diagnosis of Wegener´s vasculitis. Presentation of a patient

Among the injuries affecting the middle line is the lethal granuloma or nasal lymphoma T cells / natural killer; It is an aggressive and less frequently disease. A female patient for whom, after showing symptoms of upper respiratory tract, she was diagnosed with Wegener´s vasculitis, but subsequent developments and other clinicopathological reassessment confirmed another disease: lethal midline granuloma.
