Multinodular focal hepatic steatosis. Report of a case

The hepatic disease or liver fatty non alcoholic consists on the appearance of changes for fatty infiltration in the liver that are not related to alcohol consumption. This condition encompasses a wide ranging of hepatic damages including from simple hepatic steatosis to steatohepatitis or cirrhosis. Ii is presented a female patient of 42 years old that in ultrasound control made she showed multiple hepatic hyperechoic nodular images; she was studied with on-line axial tomography and histo-pathologically and fat nature of nodular images were confirmed. Hepatic steatosis is a disease very common and well characterized by imaging methods, it has patterns of different reservoir and in some cases for accurate diagnosis it is necessary a biopsy of the affected tissue which, in this case, was made by laparoscopy.Downloads
