Abstract

A report on a patient with a diagnosis of b-cell lymphoma is presented. The illness began with skin lesions on the inguinal region and cervical adenopathy; then, the cutaneous lesions spread to other regions and some functional disability of one of the lower limbs appeared. An interconsultation with the specialty of Dermatology was asked, and the clinical statements of leiomyosarcoma or cutaneous lymphoma were made. A biopsy of the lesion was done with a diagnosis of a B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma metastasis with a high level of malignancy.
