Re-canalized treatment of inoperable tumors of rectosigmoid with transendoscopic inyectotherapy

The management of patients with advanced colorectal cancer has been a breakthrough in the past decades due to the introduction of new treatments. Surgery is not always effective for the risks the unfavorable condition of patients and unresectable tumor in this case the operation is palliative derivative and has a significant mortality. Endoscopic techniques have been used with the aim of improving the quality of life in these patients, to treat the tumor stenosis and, if possible, avoid the derivative surgery.Downloads
