In this study of frontal craniocerebral trauma, the Glasgow coma scale was used as a working tool for it is easy to implement and maintains its effectiveness in the classification of this type of trauma. Traffic accidents appear as the main cause of this trauma, and the vast majority of them are related to alcohol consumption. The affected population was between 15 and 45 years of age, predominantly males. The patients injured with these lesions had a score of 10-15 on the Glasgow coma scale, and represented the largest number of cases. The medical treatment used was mannitol, furosemide, phenytoin, analgesics and antibiotics in cases that required it.Downloads
