The detachment of Descemet's membrane of the cornea is not a rare complication with any surgery of the anterior eye segment. Its identification and the actions to be taken in case it occurs are a necessary knowledge for any ophthalmologist. A review of the literature on this topic was conducted in relation to the presentation of a case with this diagnosis.Downloads
