It is not aggressive and easy to apply, the cost of production is low, reduces costs and does not affect the patient or the economy of the country. This research worked with two groups of patients diagnosed with type II diabetes mellitus with conventional treatment who were discharged from the Arnaldo Milian Castro Provincial University Hospital. One group received the Flower Therapy according to the transpersonal pattern, the personological characterization and the impregnation Bach Flowers – other experiences were also considered. There was a predominance of females, the mean age was 46 years, and highest post-pandrial levels were seen in males. The clinical and laboratory evolution showed acute myocardial infarction, blood pressure, heart rate, polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia, weight loss, paresthesias, cholesterol, triglycerides, creatinine and glycated hemoglobin. At three months, the study group with Flower Therapy remained stable and controlled unlike the control group that showed the persistence of some symptoms while maintaining intolerance to carbohydrates two hours after breakfast, as well as altered glycated hemoglobin, which proved the difference in metabolic control between both groups.Downloads
