Abstract

System Quality Management in medical institutions is a step towards total quality in cuban health organizations. For the achievement and fulfillment of this aspect is needed, first, to know what it is and how to implement it , leading to the acquisition of a quality culture. There is a need to disseminate and socialize, once again, the intended information, and know that this is a broad topic and very useful, well known that science has advanced in all fields and beside her have been developed and incorporated new concepts of international - level quality content these are being studied today in many cuban - university courses ;the cuban health must " keep up " as it is the most favored sciences discipline. Serve this work to build a very necessary and essential in today's cuban medical knowledge.
