Abstract

The Darier-White disease is an uncommon genodematoses, the transmisision of autosomal dominant, characterized by lesions involving papulokeratosic mucosal and nails; may appear papules on the vulva, specifically. It is believed that the disease symptoms are caused by an abnormality in the complex filamentous desmosomo-keratin. A 34 years old with histologically confirmed Darier-White disease in the vulvar skin and mucosa is presented.
