A 38 year-old masculine patient was described who presented evolutionarily urticaria rash, angioedema, continued fever, arthritis-synovitis, breathing affectation and renal failure. There was poor answer to the steroids and inmunosuppresors in this patient with suspicion of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with later histological confirmation.Downloads
