Endometrial stromal sarcoma is a rare tumor which accounts for less than 10% of all uterine sarcomas. The case of a 25 year-old woman with uterine masses revealed by physical examination is reported. The patient underwent a total hysterectomy. Microscopically, the tumor was composed of a dense proliferation of inflammatory cells and vascularization without evidence of malignancy. The treatment was total abdominal hysterectomy.
