Abstract

In the surgical treatment of congenital cleft lip the attention has always been focused on the treatment of labial defect and little consideration has been given to the associated nasal deformity. The case of a female patient suffering from a nonsyndromic complete unilateral right cleft lip, alveolus and palate is reported.
