About the Journal

"Acta Médica del Centro" is the official publication of the "Arnaldo Milián Castro" University Clinical Surgical Provincial Hospital of Santa Clara City, Villa Clara Province. It is a journal which has the mission to disseminate, at local, national and international level, the scientific production in the area of Health Sciences in order to contribute to the training and scientific updating of its readers who are health professionals and all those interested in increasing their medical culture. For this purpose, it publishes, every three months, full-text contributions in Spanish: Editorials, Original Articles, Case Reports, Communications, Letters to the Editor, Review Articles, articles about Culture and Medicine and Clinicopathological Sessions.
This journal does not apply charges for the processing neither for the publication of the articles.
